PAYMENT
Payment is due upon delivery of assets.

PROPERTY READINESS
The property should be photo-ready upon arrival. We do not move personal items or furniture. Lighting should be set as preferred by realtor.

TRAVEL FEES
We love traveling outside of Los Angeles for photos shoots.
Travel Fees outside of LA proper are $30 an hour.

RUSH SERVICES
For shoots needed day of: $150
Less than 24 hours of shoot: $75

ONE TIME FEEDBACK
There is no charge for initial feedback that includes edits.
Subsequent edits will include a $75 service fee.

TURNAROUND TIME
We offer a 24-hour turnaround time with the exception of holidays and weekends.

LICENSING & COPYRIGHT

Copyright Ownership
Photographer retains 100% full ownership, title, and copyright of all images.

USAGE

Use of photos or video by a third-party vendor will either require a licensing agreement with usage fee or a licensing agreement to include photographer’s credit.

Vendor must display a clear credit line adjacent to or in the caption of the photograph whenever published: "Photography by Clifton Media Group.”

Altering, editing, cropping beyond standard web scaling, or applying brand filters to the images without prior written consent from Photographer is prohibited. If Vendor violates any term of this Agreement (such as unauthorized transfer or failure to pay), Photographer may terminate this license immediately in writing. Upon termination, Vendor must cease all use of the images and remove them from all digital and print platforms.
